Yehezkel Wittenberg son of Nechama and Avraham was born in Jerusalem on August 2nd, 1925. He joined the Lehi underground in 1944 in intelligence positions in Jerusalem under the command of Reuven Greenberg “Romeck”. He was arrested several times on suspicion of belonging to the resistance. He was held in the detention camp in Latrun in different periods. He received the Lehi badge. Yehezkel died on January 13th, 2007, and is buried in the Tal Regev Cemetery in Haifa.
