The Ministry of Defense has designed a special decoration for veterans of Lehi:

Members who have not yet received this decoration may apply for it by filling out the following form:

The form should be filled out according to the accompanying instructions and submitted to the Freedom Fighters of Israel Heritage Association in order to confirm the membership and the details of imprisonment or detention.

Members who received the decoration in the past but have lost it may submit the form directly to the Ministry of Defense. The form is applicable for other military decorations as well.
