Shimon Nazar, son of Yehuda, was born on January 13^th, 1923. In 1939 he joined the Etzel. In 1941 he moved to the Lehi underground and served as a fighter and Youth Director. He received the Lehi badge and the State Warriors badge. Shimon married Naomi. The couple had two sons Meir and Doron. Meir fell during the Yom Kippur War. Shimon died on Friday January 13^th, 2008 and was laid to rest in the Kiryat Shaul Cemetery in Tel Aviv. His tombstone is engraved with the words “Member and Fighter of the Lehi”.
