Menachem Moshe, son of Eliza and Yeshiahu, was born in Jerusalem on the 13th of August, 1932. He went to elementary school and then studied to be a locksmith. Menachem joined the Lehi underground and by the time he was 16, he already stood in the front lines at the battle for Jerusalem. Menachem fell in the line of duty by Arab snipers on July 18th, 1948 in Sheikh-Jarrah. He was buried in Sheikh-Badder A. On September 10th, 1950, he was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
