Ziona Cohen, daughter of Benjamin and Malka Yonyov, was born in 1925. In 1946, Ziona joined the Lehi in Tel Aviv and worked in the Recruitment Division. With the declaration of independence, she enlisted in the IDF in the 8th Brigade. She received the Lehi badge. Ziona is the widow of fallen Lehi fighter, Yosef Soso Cohen “Amnon” who fell in the line of duty on November 1, 1956. Ziona died on 29^th of October 2016, and was laid to rest in Kiryat Shaul, Tel Aviv.
