Yocheved Shohami, daughter of Naftali Mizrahi, was born in the Old City of Jerusalem in 1927. In 1946 she joined the Youth Division of the Lehi in Tel Aviv and the surrounding area. She participated in publishing and distributing informational materials and in training and contact positions, under the command of Ruth Kotlitsky “Idit”. She received the Lehi badge and the State Warriors badge. In 1957 she married Lehi member Shohami (Finkelstein) Zvi “Danny”.  They had a son and a daughter. Yocheved has two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters. She worked as a kindergarten teacher her whole life. Even after she retired, she volunteered to care for the Variety children who lived in assisted living near her house.

Yocheved died on December 11^th, 2020 and was laid to rest in Jerusalem.
