Max Schlesinger, the son of Mina and Haim, was born on December 6^th, 1923 and made aliya in 1948. In July 1945 he joined Lehi underground activities in Italy and served as a recruitment coordinator in Milan under Zalman Rabdal “Mimo”. After making aliya, he joined the Jerusalem Division and after the dissolution of Lehi, he enlisted in the IDF. He was a member of Kibbutz Neve Yair. He received the Lehi badge and the State Warriors badge. Max died on December 15^th, 2000 and was laid to rest in the Hadera cemetery.
