Miriam Goldman, daughter of Pinchas Rubovitz was born in Jerusalem in 1917. She joined the Etzel in 1939 and after the separation, she joined the Intelligence Division of Lehi. Miriam received an envelope of documents from Avraham Shtern “Yair” for safekeeping. She kept it safe until February 1941. Wilkin found the envelope in her apartment and confiscated it. Miriam was arrested and held in the Women’s Prison in Bethlehem. She received the Lehi badge. In 1940, Miriam married fellow member of Lehi, Max Meir Goldman. Miriam died on May 28, 1997, and was laid to rest at Kiryat Shaul Cemetery in Tel Aviv.
