Aharon Gersten Ben Yosef was born April 10^th, 1922, and immigrated to Israel in December 1936. He was a member of Etzel and in 1942 joined the Lehi underground as a fighter in Division 6 – Civilian Intelligence, in the Tel Aviv and Jerusalem areas. Among his commanders were Degani, Yosef Vilner “Saruni”, Zvi Feiglevich “Rami”. He joined the IDF in the group enlistment of all Lehi members on 29/05/1948 to the 8th Brigade, 82nd Battalion. He received the Lehi badge.
