Mordechai Freind, son of Avraham, was born in Israel on March 10^th, 1933.

In January 1947, he joined the Youth Division of the Lehi in the Tel Aviv area under the command of Chaya Ben-David “Mica”. As part of his responsibilities, he worked in weapons training, education, information distribution, decoy operations, finding contacts and hanging posters.

He received the Lehi badge.
