Emanuel Efrati, son of Ephraim, was born on October 13th, 1924 in Israel. He was a member of the British Army from 1941 to 1945.
In 1945 he joined the Lehi, in the Operations Division of the Fighting Brigade in Jerusalem, as a Platoon commander. He was one of the fighters who operated during the command of Joshua Zetler “Meir”. Emanuel participated in the battles in Jerusalem and the attack on Dir Yassin. He received the Lehi badge. Emanuel died on January 3rd, 1983, and was laid to rest in Har Hamenuchot cemetery, Givat Shaul, Jerusalem.
