Kalman Elboim, son of Rachel and Avraham, was born on 7th of December 1923. He made Aliya in 1936. He served in Lehi from 1943 to 1948. He passed the first commanders’ course led by Yaakov Eliav “Aviel”. He later served as a youth instructor for youth that were enlisted and assisted in hanging posters. He served in the Combat Division in Jerusalem.
He received the Lehi badge. Kalman died on the December 3rd 2007 and was laid to rest in Pardes Hanna Cemetery. On his tombstone are engraved the words from the poem “Unknown Soldiers” by Avraham Stern “Yair”: “We were not drafted by a whip like a mob of slaves, our will is to be forever free.”
